I had a great and experienced extraordinary sensations and feelings. I am glad I overcame my fear of the ice bath, it was great and I will do it again without hesitation! Also being with a group brings an energy and strength that helps you push your limits enough so that you are satisfied of what you have accomplished. Elee is super nice, fun, supportive and understanding!
