I had the pleasure of participating in one of Elee’s workshops where we explored everything Wim Hoff. She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and supportive. She was careful to ensure everyone felt comfortable and supported throughout the learning process. She was clear, articulate, and did a great job facilitating a safe workshop during these crazy COVID times. I highly recommend her. Thanks Elee!
