Wim Hof has accomplished countless “impossible” feats, such as climbing Mount Everest wearing nothing but shorts and shoes, completing a full marathon, shirtless, in temperatures close to −20 °C (−4 °F), and setting the Guinness World Record for longest ice bath ever recorded: 1 hour 53 minutes and 12 seconds.
Wim Hof is not part of some sort of alien species. He has simply learned to harness the cold and unleash the power his body already stores. Since 2012, he’s been teaching others to do the same, and it’s creating a tremendous amount of positive change around the world.
The Wim Hof Method was created in order to teach the average person to tap into their “inner fire” and use a combination of breathing techniques and cold water immersion to live a happier, stronger, and healthier life.
