An opportunity to deepen your Wim Hof Method Breathing practice with guided facilitation by Level 3 Certified Instructor, Elee.
This class is designed for those who have a base understanding of the Wim Hof Method. You are permitted to attend this gathering if Elee knows you have you have either attended a Wim Hof Method workshop/weekend, private session with Elee, or completed the 5-10 week WHM course. This base understanding of the Method is required to attend the weekly breathing sessions.
Private practice of the method is wonderful but cannot compare to the valuable energy provided when working in a group. We are excited to gather as like minded/hearted breathers!
If you are new to the method please PM Elee for more details before coming to class you will not be permitted before prior WHM base understanding is establish.

Instructors have their own specializations, and there is some variation across the individual workshops. A detailed overview of the day is sent out upon registration.

If you have no prior experience with cold exposure, we recommend you finish your showers cold in the days leading up to the workshop. This may be overwhelming at first, but just try to relax, focus on your breath, and bring it into a controlled, steady rhythm.

This workshop is suitable for everyone but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic.
