This Wim Hof Method Fundamentals course is a perfect introduction for first-timers, and a potent refresher for those who want to re-ignite their inner fire!
During this experience, you will learn how access more oxygen and utilize cold exposure to unlock your deeper capacity for health and resilience in both body and mind.
The program kicks off with a comprehensive orientation to the Wim Hof Method, followed by a breathing session, a short break, and then an (optional) ice bath. There will be ample opportunity for reflection and integration of the somatic shifts you may experience. Your Level III WHM Instructor Elizabeth Lee, a.k.a “Elee”, will offer support and clear guidance throughout the experience and answer any questions you may have.
This workshop is available to only a limited number of participants, ensuring that you will receive focused, personal attention and feedback tailored to your specific situation. Whether you are looking to improve mental or physical performance, relieve symptoms related to an illness, or are just curious to find out what the Wim Hof Method is all about — this WHM workshop offers something for everyone.

If you have no prior experience with cold exposure, we recommend you finish your showers cold in the days leading up to the workshop. This may be overwhelming at first, but just try to relax, focus on your breath, and bring it into a controlled, steady rhythm.
Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is suitable for everyone, but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.
